Taco about turning one! Birthday Cake Smash Photos

I really wanted to do a non traditional “cake smash photos” session and was thrilled when Ashley gave me the green light for this incredibly fun and non-traditional cake smash photography session. Ashley was amazing and supplied all the materials, the guacamole and the baby. Caroline supplied all the fun and smiles.

For most of my sessions, I do have the parents supply any food that the baby will consume (due to those pesky things – like liabilities) but I keep many props, backdrops and cake stands in the studio that clients can enjoy in their photos during their photography sessions.

I don’t have any favorite guacamole recipes, I actually hate avocados (don’t hate me) but if you have a favorite, please feel free to share them below in the comments. I might not like them, but my husband and daughter LOVE them and I am always looking for new recipes.
