Someone warned me the newborn phase goes fast and Someone warned me the newborn phase goes fast and I nodded politely like I understood.

And then it just... went.

Every parent I have ever worked with says the same thing. You blink and the curled-up, sleeps-on-your-chest, fits-in-one-arm version of your baby is just gone.

Document it. Seriously. You will not regret it.
I'm a marathon runner, a nurse, a photographer, a I'm a marathon runner, a nurse, a photographer, and apparently also someone who is currently losing a slow battle against a pile of laundry.

The last few weeks have been full in the way most weeks are full - sessions, early morning training runs, emails, the juggle. I showed up to every session. The laundry is a different story.

I share that not to complain but because I think it's worth saying: showing up doesn't require having everything handled first. It just requires showing up.

That's true for me on a Tuesday morning run. It's also true for families who come into the studio mid-chaos, under-slept, and convinced they're not ready.

You're more ready than you think.

Packing up a baby to go anywhere is a production. Packing up a baby to go anywhere is a production.

A diaper bag that weighs more than the baby. A spare outfit (three spare outfits). The backup pacifier. The other backup pacifier.

Getting out the door for a photo session on top of all that? Heroic, honestly.

I see you. And I promise, it is worth it every single time.
If you are expecting and thinking about newborn ph If you are expecting and thinking about newborn photos, the time to reach out is before your due date - not after.

Newborn sessions happen in the first two weeks, when babies are still sleepy and curled and cooperative. That window moves fast.

My calendar fills up based on due dates, not delivery dates. So by the time your baby arrives, I want your spot to already be held.

Reaching out early is not rushing anything. It is just making sure you don't have to scramble during the hardest and most sleep-deprived weeks of the year.
If you have been thinking about booking and just h If you have been thinking about booking and just haven't gotten around to it, this is me, gently waving.

Not with a countdown timer or a limited spots warning.

Just a real conversation about what you need and what this could look like for your family.

Hit the link in my bio or send me a message. That is always where it starts.

If you're currently expecting, you are in one of t If you're currently expecting, you are in one of the most decision-heavy seasons of your life.

What to register for. Who to let in the delivery room. Which products are actually worth it. What kind of birth you want and what to do when it doesn't go that way.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, someone probably mentioned newborn photos.

I'm not here to add to the noise. I just want you to know that when you're ready to think about it, this is a low-pressure space to ask questions and figure out if it's even the right fit for your family.

No hard sell. No urgency tactics. Just honest conversation.

My contact info is in the bio whenever you want it.
