Studio Photoshoot for Newborn Annabelle

Annabelle was already born when her mom contacted me for her newborn session. We were definitely able to get this sweet pea and her darling pup into the studio for their newborn photography photoshoot. Both dog and baby were amazing during the photo session.  Check out her amazing lashes and lips. These are just some of the small details that I am able to capture during a newborn photography session.

I often get asked about dogs in the studio if they are welcome and if I recommend them during photoshoots. Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis. I don’t recommend puppies, as they often have very high energy and often can take the focus off the newborn during the session. They can also be hard to handle and direct for photos. Older dogs do much better during newborn sessions in the studio, especially if they are calm, obey commands and don’t mind strangers.
