Before I ever picked up a camera to capture the fleeting moments of newborn life, I was a NICU nurse. For years, I cared for the tiniest and most fragile babies—helping them grow stronger, supporting their families, and witnessing firsthand the incredible resilience of newborns.

In the NICU, I saw the raw, emotional side of new parenthood—the joy, the fear, the overwhelming love. I comforted parents through the uncertainty of early days and celebrated every milestone, no matter how small. That experience shaped the way I see newborns today: as tiny miracles, each with their own story to tell.

When I transitioned into newborn photography, I carried those experiences with me. I don’t just pose babies in sweet little wraps—I understand their cues, their needs, and how to handle them safely and gently. I know how meaningful every single moment is, because I’ve seen just how precious life can be.
