Burns Family Mini Session

I honestly don’t know how many times I have photographed this gorgeous family. But what I do know is that Julia, the youngest, was my very first cake smash I ever photographed. Colleen was so amazing in trusting me with photographing such a special occasion.  That was way back in 2012. I did not have a photography studio. Or lights. Or anything. We opened my garage doors and photographed her smashing her cake right there.

And she has trusted me ever since to keep on photographing her children. We choose the Boars Head Inn for their mini session this year. We haven’t done a session there with them in quite a few years so it was nice taking them back and doing it again. I really love the colors she chose for this session and how it all turned out.
